Animation featuring ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of one another. A jealous neighbour, desperate to find out the secret of Mrs Cramp's whiter-than-white laundry, tries to bribe Mr Cramp with a series of lavish gifts. The situation soon spins out of control into a competition to see who is better.
