We're aware that some people are experiencing low volume through the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ iPlayer app on their Xbox consoles.
You may wish to try the following method to return normal volume levels:
- Open a music app that can play music in the background
- Press the Xbox button on your controller or remote control and select the music app from the pop-up menu (see non-Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ link below), then adjust the volume slider that appears as part of the submenu to 100%
- Launch Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ iPlayer and it will play at the correct volume.
