What should I do if I can't access ĢƵ iPlayer on my PlayStation?

If you’re having trouble accessing ĢƵ iPlayer on your PlayStation 4 and can’t see the TV/Video Services option in the XMB, please try the following:

  1. Register with the PlayStation Network
  2. Sign in to the PlayStation Store
  3. Download a TV/Video Service
  4. Exit the PlayStation Store
  5. TV/Video Services should now be displayed
  6. Under TV/Video Services, select “My Channels”
  7. ĢƵ iPlayer is listed under this category

It may prompt you to download ĢƵ iPlayer. Do this and the ĢƵ iPlayer icon will display in the TV/Video Services list. You may also need to restart your console a few times.
