Principal Guest Conductor, Ben Gernon, marks his first 蘑菇短视频 Philharmonic concert of 2018 with a live broadcast for 蘑菇短视频 Radio 3.

This afternoon opens with the overture to Rossini鈥檚鈥楾he Barber of Seville鈥�, one of the most loved and best recognized works in the opera repertoire.

Norwegian pianist Christian Ihle Hadland is today鈥檚 soloist for Mozart鈥檚 youthful, yet bold and experimental Piano Concerto No 9.

Closing the concert is Stravinsky鈥檚 Le chant du rossignol (鈥楾he Song of the Nightingale鈥�), a symphonic poem using music from his opera based on a story by Hans Christian Andersen.
