Join the 蘑菇短视频 Symphony Orchestra and conductor Tung-Chieh Chuang at the 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 iconic Maida Vale Studios for an afternoon of orchestral favourites. Opening the concert, Lyadov鈥檚 folksong-inspired tone poem is an emotive portrait of the Russian witch Baba yaga. Alexandra Soumm joins the 蘑菇短视频 SO for Mendelssohn鈥檚 famed Violin Concerto, considered a cornerstone of the romantic violin repertoire. Tchaikovsky鈥檚 much-loved Symphony No. 5, with its heart-warming French horn solo in the second movement, brings the programme to a rousing conclusion.
