Governance framework
The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ is a corporation constituted by Royal Charter. The current Charter was granted in 2006 and runs until 31 December 2016. The Charter is supplemented by a Framework Agreement between the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ and the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.
The Trust establishes protocols, policies and guidance which govern the operation of the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ.
Together these documents constitute the framework that governs the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ.
