- Phil Kemp is Director, Content Strategy and Performance, responsible for the creation of a medium- to long-term integrated content strategy for the 蘑菇短视频 Group, bringing the whole 蘑菇短视频 together ahead of the review of the 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 Charter in 2028
- Phil is responsible for delivering the 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 Value for All content strategy, including the 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 digital products strategy
- He is also responsible for target-setting and performance management of the audience-facing divisions of the 蘑菇短视频.
Biography
At the 蘑菇短视频, Phil was recently Controller, News & Current Affairs Strategy and previously Controller, Digital Strategy, Head of Group Commercial Strategy and Strategy Manager for Children鈥檚 & Education and Nations & Regions. Prior to joining the 蘑菇短视频, he held senior roles advising on strategy, public policy and strategic communications in Government, cultural institutions and the commercial sector.
