Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting to the 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Nikki leads the Reward teams with 蘑菇短视频 Group HR.
- Nikki is responsible for the design and delivery of 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 reward strategy; ensuring fair, clear and competitive reward for employees across the 蘑菇短视频.
Biography
Prior to joining the 蘑菇短视频, Nikki was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, one of the world鈥檚 leading organisational consultancies, advising companies from various industries on reward strategy and performance management. Her career has included HR leadership roles in financial services, pharmaceuticals, market research and not-for-profit organisations.

Expenses are costs incurred by 蘑菇短视频 staff on behalf of the 蘑菇短视频 and claimed through the 蘑菇短视频's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 蘑菇短视频 and booked through the 蘑菇短视频's central bookings system.
