The 蘑菇短视频 Board is the main decision making body for all of the 蘑菇短视频, including the 蘑菇短视频’s commercial activities, which are undertaken through commercial subsidiaries.
The 蘑菇短视频 Commercial Board oversees the delivery of the Corporation’s commercial ambitions. It reports to the 蘑菇短视频 Board on the delivery of 蘑菇短视频 Studios’ objectives, in line with the 蘑菇短视频’s overall commercial strategy, and on 蘑菇短视频 Studioworks.
The 蘑菇短视频 Commercial Board is chaired by Sir Damon Buffini, a non-executive member of the 蘑菇短视频 Board, and comprises a majority of six non-executive members alongside three executives.
