16a Transactions with subsidiaries
At 31 March 2001 Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service Trust owed Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service £1.0 million (2000 £1.0 million).
16b Transactions with associates
At 31 March 2001 Caribbean Relay Company Limited owed Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service an amount of £0.1 million (2000 £0.2 million) being the net of amounts transferred less Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service's proportion of operating expenses.
At 31 March 2001 Ascension Island Services owed Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service £0.5 million (2000 £0.7 million)
being the net of payments and receipts processed on its behalf. A provision of £0.2 million was held against this balance at the year end.
16c Transactions with key management
During the year there were no disclosable transactions with key management.
16d Other transactions
During the year Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Services Group charged Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service net costs of £148.3 million (2000 £136.6 million) comprising recharges in respect of operating and capital costs. At 31 March 2001 Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ World Service was owed £0.8 million (2000 £1.1 million) by Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Services Group. |
