We want to make your visit to one of our shows or events as comfortable and inclusive as possible.

At all venues we welcome assistance dogs and at most venues we offer wheelchair access, adapted toilets, induction loops and BSL interpretation.

Some venues are less well equipped for visitors with accessibility requirements. Where this is the case, we'll make this as clear as possible on the show's application page so you know what to expect before you apply.

Letting us know about any adjustments we can make

When you apply for tickets, you'll be asked whether there are any adjustments we can make to help you enjoy the recording.

For example, you can let us know if you require:

A wheelchair space
An induction loop
A BSL interpreter
Any other reasonable adjustment

If your ticket application is successful, this information will be shared with our stewards for the day of the recording.

If you've requested a wheelchair space, one will be allocated for you in the studio. We encourage you to make yourself known when you arrive so that a member of our team can assist you if needed.

Please note that, in fairness to all audience members, requesting accessibility adjustments (including a wheelchair space) does not give priority admission. As with all tickets, admission is on a first-come, first --served basis.

Queueing

If someone in your party would find it difficult to stand while tickets are being validated, we can often help by finding somewhere for them to sit while the rest of the party completes the ticket validation process, or make other arrangements where appropriate.

If possible, please let us know about this in advance so our team is aware.

Please note that anyone aged 18 or over must still present photo ID before entering the studio, even if they weren't present for ticket validation.

Food & drink and mobile phones

If you have a medical condition that means you need to bring food or drink into the recording, or you need to keep your mobile phone with you to monitor a medical condition (for example, blood glucose levels), please let us know when you apply so we can make venue staff aware.

If your requirements change after you've received your tickets

If you didn't tell us about your accessibility requirements when you applied, it's really helpful if you can let us know before the recording.

Because of health and safety requirements in the studio, we can't always accommodate additional wheelchair users once tickets have been allocated. However, we'll always do our best to find an alternative solution where possible, such as transferring from a wheelchair to a studio seat if it is safe to do so.

BSL interpreters

If you require a BSL interpreter, please let us know when you apply for tickets.

If you've already applied, please contact us as soon as possible before the recording so we have time to make the necessary arrangements.

*UK-wide rate charged at no more than 01/02 geographic numbers. Calls may be recorded for training.

Yes, please provide us with details. For Central Square please call our group bookings line on 029 2063 6464.

We receive many such requests and will always do our best to accommodate them. We will notify our tour guides of any access requirements in advance of your tour. This allows us to ensure all of our guests have a comprehensive and enjoyable experience.
