Do you do group bookings?

We can sometimes accommodate group bookings, although the number of tickets available for most shows is limited.

If you'd like to request a group booking for a show advertised on this website, please contact Ģ��Ƶ Shows and Tours to check availability:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

We recommend getting in touch around six weeks before your planned visit, as this gives us the best chance of accommodating your request.

*UK-wide rate charged at no more than 01/02 geographic numbers. Ccalls may be recorded for training

I don't live in the UK. How can I apply for tickets?

As this service is funded by the licence fee, paid for by UK residents, tickets are only available to residents with a UK postcode.

Residents in the Republic of Ireland can make telephone applications for Ģ��Ƶ shows and events in Northern Ireland.

Residents of the Isle of Man, as licence fee payers, are eligible to apply for our shows and events.

If you've recently applied for tickets but haven't received a confirmation email, there are a few possible reasons:

Your confirmation email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
A technical issue prevented your application from being submitted successfully.
Your email address was entered incorrectly when you applied.

First, check your spam or junk folder

Please check your spam or junk folder and search for emails from Ģ��Ƶ Shows and Tours (bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk).

To help ensure you receive future emails from us, we also recommend adding this address to your contacts or safe senders list.

If you've checked your spam folder and still haven't received a confirmation email, we recommend submitting your application again.

I've received my confirmation email

If you've received a confirmation email, your application has been received successfully.

If the show you're looking for isn't listed on our website, it could be for one of the following reasons:

The show isn't currently being recorded. (Even if it's being broadcast now, it may have been recorded some time ago.)
Tickets for that show aren't distributed through the Ģ��Ƶ Shows website.

How are tickets distributed?

Tickets are usually allocated in one of two ways: first-come, first-served or random draw. The allocation method for each show is explained on the show's application page.

First-come first-served

Applications are processed in the order they're received. Tickets are allocated to eligible applicants until all available tickets have been issued.

Random draw

Applications are accepted until the advertised closing date and time. Once applications have closed, all eligible entries are included in a random draw. This method is typically used for very popular shows, where demand is expected to exceed the number of tickets available.

Local allocation

For some shows, a proportion of tickets may be reserved for people living locally. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the show's application page.

Whether local allocation is used is decided by the production team.

Short-notice tickets

If tickets become available shortly before a recording - for example, because of cancellations or additional venue capacity - we may offer them to local applicants.

This helps ensure as many seats as possible are filled, as local audience members are more likely to be able to attend at short notice than those who need to arrange travel or accommodation.
