Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films announces changes to management structure

Two changes to the structure of Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films management team were announced today.

Jane Wright, currently Commercial Affairs and General Manager for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films, is moving fully into an editorial role as General Manager and Executive Producer.

She will continue to chair the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films Editorial Board and oversee the marketing activity within Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films, but will now develop and drive her own slate of projects.

All four Board members – Jane Wright, Christine Langan (Commissioning Editor, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films), Jamie Laurenson (Executive Producer, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films), Joe Oppenheimer (Executive Producer, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films) – continue to report to the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Controller of Fiction, Jane Tranter.

As a result of this change, Isabel Begg has been appointed Senior Commercial and Business Affairs Executive across Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Fiction and will now take on responsibility for all business affairs and commercial dealings for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films.

She reports to Claire Evans, Head of Operations and Business Affairs for Fiction.

Jane Tranter said: "I am delighted that Jane is becoming a full time member of the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Films editorial team. Her impressive experience of British film and her creative flair will be a great asset to the department. Meanwhile Isabel can provide an invaluable over-arching focus for the commercial aspects of the division."

Claire Evans said: "Isabel has been a huge asset to Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Fiction in its first 18 months of operation and is well respected across the industry so I am delighted she is taking on this broader role."
