The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ has chosen six companies to go through to the next stage of its procurement process to find a new facilities management supplier(s) for parts of its property portfolio.

These companies will now be invited to tender for facilities management services at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ buildings in London and Scotland and for specialist facilities management services for all Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ properties across the UK.

The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ's facilities management procurement process was announced on 28 June 2005 and follows the restructuring of the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ/Land Securities Trillium (LST) property partnership, announced on 12 May 2005.

Under this restructuring, the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ and LST are refocusing their relationship onto their joint property developments and LST will no longer provide facilities management services to the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ.
