A year ago today, on 11 February 2002, the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ launched two dedicated digital channels for children in the UK - CÄ¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ and CBeebies.


Alan Yentob, the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ's Director of Drama, Entertainment and Children's, here looks back over the channels' first year and to their future.
