David Bowie - special gig for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Radio 2
David
Bowie is to perform a special concert for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Radio 2 - the UK's
most listened to radio station.
The
hour-long session - performed in front of just 100 people - will
be broadcast on the network on Saturday 5 October from 8.00 to 9.00pm.
Jonathan
Ross, award-winning Radio 2 presenter and self-confessed Bowie fanatic,
will introduce the concert from the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ's Maida Vale studios in
West London.
Bowie
will perform numbers from his acclaimed new album Heathen along
with many of his classic numbers.

Bowie
joins a prestigious line-up of artists who have performed 'Live
and Exclusive' concerts for Radio 2 including Elvis Costello, Elton
John, Sting, Bryan Ferry, Bee Gees, Paul Weller and the Pet Shop
Boys.
