Lonely Planet Magazine and Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Knowledge Magazine will soon both be available in Taiwan following an international licensing deal between Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Worldwide and Cite Publishing Ltd. Lonely Planet Magazine launched today – 1 August - with Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Knowledge Magazine following a month later on 1 September.

Lonely Planet Magazine will be released bi-monthly, costing NT169 and Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Knowledge Magazine will be released monthly, costing NT220, and each will feature their own local content. Ku Ya-Sui and Ho Wei-Yi will edit Lonely Planet Magazine, while Ku Ya-Sui and Lin Hui-Wen will edit Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Knowledge Magazine.

Cite Publishing said of the new deal: "We're delighted to be working with Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Magazines for the first time. It’s really exciting to be producing local versions of Lonely Planet Magazine and Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Knowledge Magazine in Taiwan, and by building the Lonely Planet international community, we're looking forward to taking a small part of Taiwan to the rest of the world."
