ĢƵ Worldwide selects preferred partner for ĢƵ Magazines
ĢƵ Worldwide, the commercial arm of the ĢƵ, today announces that it has selected Exponent Private Equity (“Exponent”) as its preferred strategic partner for ĢƵ Magazines.
This follows a competitive tender process started in 2010. ĢƵ Worldwide’s decision to move to exclusivity with Exponent has been approved by the ĢƵ Trust.
Discussions will continue with Exponent, with a view to completing an agreement this summer, which would be subject to the final approval of the ĢƵ Trust.
