Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Worldwide today announces the appointment of Sharon Baylay as a non-executive director. 

Sharon Baylay has been the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ's Director of Marketing, Communications and Audiences since May 2009 and is a member of the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Executive Board. 

Robert Webb, Chairman of Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Worldwide, said: "The Board is pleased to welcome Sharon as a non-executive director on the Board of Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Worldwide. 

"She brings extensive understanding of marketing and communications, along with wide experience of international markets. The Board looks forward to her contribution to the development of Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Worldwide."

Prior to joining the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ in May 2009, Sharon Baylay was General Manager of Microsoft Online Services Division UK.

She joined Microsoft in 1993, and held a range of management and marketing roles in EMEA, Asia-Pacific, Greater China and the Americas.
