Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Motion Gallery Concludes Short Program Deal with ABC TV



Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Motion Gallery, the archive sales arm of Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Worldwide, has concluded a deal with ABC TV for short program series World Wonders and Days that Shook the World: Into the 21st Century.

Ìý

World Wonders (40 x 3') is a travel series that brings viewers an amazing selection of man-made wonders – cities, buildings, edifices, monuments, religious sites, artworks and even jewellery.

Ìý

World Wonders is sourced from the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ's 2005 hit series, Around the World in 80 Treasures.

Ìý

Days that Shook the World: Into the 21st Century (20 x 3') follows the hugely successful Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ series Days That Shook the World.

Ìý

It takes a look at key moments in the 21st Century so far, such as the emergence of the iPod, the horrific events of 9/11, the London bombings, the 2004 Tsunami and more.

"These titles showcase Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Motion Gallery's ability to provide content to fit a wide variety of platforms," said Jack Boram, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Motion Gallery Territory Manager, Australasia.

This recent deal builds on the solid relationship developed between the ABC and the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Motion Gallery.

Ìý

In 2006 the Motion Gallery acquired international distribution rights for ABC TV's archive.

Ìý

ABC TV also Ìýrecently acquired Around the World (12 x 5'), a series of short vignettes on some of the coolest locations for adventurers and armchair travellers alike.
