new distribution contract for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ World with Eurasiasat
Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ
World has entered into a new two-year agreement with Eurasiasat
providing Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ World additional availability via satellite across
the Central Asia region. The agreement represents an increase of
over one million households now receiving Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ World in countries
such as Turkey, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan,
Kyrgystan, Kazakstan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Under
the conditions of the agreement, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ World will be transmitted on
the fixed Eastern beam of the Eurasiasat satellite and will be broadcast
in analogue and free to air.
Commenting
on the new distribution, Simon Cottle, Senior Network Development
Manager, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ World said: "We are delighted to have developed
a relationship with Eurasiasat, enabling Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ World to be seen in
the increasingly important region of Central Asia, a part of the

in Central Asia."
